We are learning to do instructional writing. We made spinach dip with some spinach from our garden.

I found it tricky to write the instructions. The ingredients were easy.

It was tricky to think of shapes. It was hard to describe a diamond. I am learning more about 3D shapes. 

Compound words

I found it tricky to know what a compound word was. I could find the ones with the root endings like look-ing but I need to word more on how to find a compound word.
